Welcome to Hear Her Heal (HHH)—a dedicated platform for women struggling with chronic pain, IBS, fibromyalgia, and other invisible illnesses. If you've felt dismissed, gaslighted, or unheard by the medical system, you're in the right place. This is where your voice matters, your experiences are validated, and your healing begins.
Why I Created This Platform
I am Dr. Su, a physician and former patient trapped in the cycle of unexplained chronic pain. My personal battle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) left me feeling helpless, confused, and unheard. I visited emergency rooms in excruciating pain, and underwent CT scans, colonoscopies, and endoscopies, yet no doctor could pinpoint the cause of my suffering.
I was left with the frustrating diagnosis of "IBS"—and no real solutions.
It wasn’t until I went to medical school that I truly understood the limitations of modern medicine in addressing chronic conditions without clear physiological causes. I realized that for many women like me, the real answers lay beyond conventional medicine.
I started exploring the connection between trauma, stress, and physical symptoms, and what I discovered transformed my life.
Hear Her Heal (HHH): Your Safe Space for Healing
I know that not everyone has a safe place to tell their story—so I created one.
Hear Her Heal (HHH) is more than a website. It is a community-driven healing space where you can share your journey with IBS, fibromyalgia, migraines, chronic fatigue, pelvic pain, and other conditions that traditional medicine often dismissed as "just stress."
Here, your story will be heard. Here, your pain is real. And here, healing begins.
What You Can Expect from Hear Her Heal
✔ A supportive community that truly listens to your story.
✔ A safe space to express your pain, struggles, and breakthroughs.
✔ The assurance that your experiences are valid and deeply important.
✔ The relief that comes with knowing you are not alone.

Your Body is Speaking—It’s Time to Listen
If you’ve been trapped in the cycle of chronic pain with no answers, your body might be holding onto unresolved trauma. Through storytelling, acknowledgment, and community support, we can start to release that pain.
So here’s my invitation to you: Speak. Share. Release.
Your pain is real. Your story matters. And you deserve to heal.
You are not alone anymore. We hear you. And together, we will heal.
With love and understanding,
Dr. Su
